Hey, IndieHackers!
We recently launched Romichi.com, a Growth Hub, and I'd like to share why.
As a product manager, I've conducted numerous A/B tests, and it's important to note that finding impactful ideas is not an easy task, especially when you've already taken care of the low-hanging fruit with your team.
In the past, I used to take screenshots of different features from popular apps like Airbnb and Duolingo to gain inspiration from apps such as Flo, Notion, Figma, and others. However, I always struggled to find a convenient and organized place to store this knowledge for both my team and myself. So a few months ago, I decided to create a platform that would not only serve as a resource for me but also for UX/UI designers, marketers, entrepreneurs, and other product managers.
Since only 1 out of 10 product changes truly bring significant value, our mission is to address this issue and help create high-performing products.
We have categorized the content into metric-based groups. Currently, we offer two content sections:
How to Improve Conversion Rate
How to Increase Customer Retention Rate
However, we also have plans to add additional metrics such as Revenue, User Acquisition, Average Order Value, and categorize them into specific areas like e-commerce, SaaS, and more.
At the moment, we are actively seeking feedback and validating our MVP. I kindly request you to take a moment to explore our collection and provide your input through this brief Google Form (4 steps): https://forms.gle/LFRdAgzjxr6wyaxZA
Thank you for your attention!
