I've been working on this project called Talktroop. Businesses use complaints and feedback to help them grow their service. So, I propose to make this service that stores complaints and feedback from customers. There is also an analytic webpage that shows interesting concepts such as the number of complaints. I think this can help a lot of businesses (of all sizes).
There is a free version if you want to try it. You can integrate it with your website or perhaps your contact form. Customers can fill in complaints/feedback using an online form.
