Hi all,
I've been working on this project called Talktroop. Businesses use complaints and feedback to help them grow their service. So, I propose to make this service that stores complaints and feedback from customers. There is also an analytic webpage that shows interesting con
I like the idea. I think landing page can be improved. @volkandkaya has already mentioned a lot of good points. Other than that I would say, for me a having the that ajax snippet from docs on the landing page helps to understand the product quickly.
Thank you for your response.
The site is not mobile responsive.
How come you decide to add complaints is feedback not the same thing. The word "complaint" has a negative connotation to it. Would be easier for copy as well if you just had feedback.
Might be worth having the compose come up in a modal instead of a new page.
If possible change your hero image to say the analytics page with data.
I would change "What Is Offered" to "How it works" and move that above "About Talktroop".
No need for a separate pricing page.
Also can add an FAQ below pricing.
Either a team or about us page would build confidence.
Few quick questions if you don't mind :)
Did you build the landing page yourself?
If so how come you didn't use a template or landing page builder?
Did you build the landing page yourself? - Yes, I did (just noticed that you asking me questions).
If so how come you didn't use a template or landing page builder? - I didn't know there was any. I'll check them out.
I'm currently building a landing page builder :)
If you want you can email me and we can hop on zoom and build a landing page that converts.
Also, when you say "If possible change your hero image to say the analytics page with data.". Can you give me an example so I know what you are talking about?
Thank you.
Just change your first image to something more appealing.
OK, I'll check on that.
Feedback is for improving the service. Complaints are criticizing the current service. There similar but not the same. I thought it would be better to have them separate than together.
Great feedback by the way. Thanks.
