Show IH: App for sharing time slots for meetings

Hey! So, I work at a big tech corp as a tech lead/consultant, and scheduling meetings with people from other companies is a struggle.

Since I love building apps, I decided to fix this pain point myself:

Any feedback will be appreciated. I'm focusing on getting traction before adding more features.

Interesting approach. How do you handle time zones and synchronizing with different calendars?

What's the difference between sharing your availability and sharing your calendar?
People share the calendar as availability as in without content, only windows of time
what's the difference between this and all the others like calenderly, bookme ect

You even call it "Create a Calendar"

Is the video focus on having more than 2 companies scheduling at the same time a focus for you USP?

Hey, thanks for asking! The main difference compared to Calendly or similar tools is that you don’t need to register, set anything up, or anything. It’s a quick and simple way to share your availability for a specific meeting.

The situation that led me to create this is something I encounter almost every day at work and in other companies where I’ve worked:

“Hey, we need to meet with teams A, B, C, and D. Can you send an email to ask for their availability?”

It’s quite tedious—though not impossible—to align everyone’s availability. But the more people involved, the harder it gets.

The video attempts to explain this scenario. Maybe the message isn’t clear enough, and I’ll need to work on improving it.

I don’t think it’s necessarily limited to a corporate environment—it can be used by anyone facing a similar challenge: coordinating meetings with 3 or more people when you don’t have access to everyone’s calendar.
