Show IH: Automated email alerts tool for google sheets

As part of my work as an analyst, I usually have to send weekly email updates to my manager etc on certain data in google sheets.. As well as being somewhat pedantic, sometimes my work gets ahead of me so I might send at slightly irregular times Week on Week.

So to fix this, I thought I would build a script to automate this task, so I came up with an add-on called SheetSpread:

The basic idea is that you can select a range, say "A1:B5" and then either choose to send that range as is in an email or schedule it on a hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis.

The data appears in an email template that looks clean and i've even added a few header colours you can use.

I currently use this everyday to track my Google analytics data exports as the data refreshes automatically but in reality this add-on can be used with any app that pulls data into google sheets and has some sort of "auto data refresh feature".
