Show IH: beta launch on Theoriq | Big ideas, in short (consumer app)

I just relaunched https://theoriq.com, a consumer app to learn about theories on everything we call life, in an easy-to-consume Instagram-like experience. The idea: why not spend our idle time inspired by the great thinkers of present and past times (in addition to watch cat videos cause yeah, they’re funny). Posters can publish concepts from authors or researchers that struck them and that they’d want to remember, and other users can illustrate those with their own experiences or knowledge. Ultimately, we’d like to build a comprehensive library of universal principles, building along the way a sort of “collective memory”.

Fellow IHackers :
1/ Do you think the homepage conveys well the idea of the app?
2/ I can’t make up my mind: users can log private learnings, which remain private. I can easily turn those to be public and integrate them in main feed if user tick an option. The catch is that I would diminish the “authoritative” touch of the service (even if pre-approved on back-end), but on the upside, the social component will be tremendously boosted. What are your views on this one?
3/ all feedback welcome !
