Nice list of names, are you trying to liquidate them all? Seems like an interesting way to sell a domain, I would expect some sort of escrow service in the middle to make sure I can get a refund if the transfer doesn't go through.
Some names in there I think could be good for brandable domain markets (BrandBucket & Squadhelp), also you could try to list them through Afternic or Sedo with a BIN price - which gets them listed in the premium aftermarket domain - more people find them from domain registrar searches & can easily buy them.
Agreed with trying to sell them on brandable market places but I don't think that they're worth using Escrow for...They're for about $100 each. Paypal should be sufficient?
He's using Namecheap - so also could just use Namecheap to sell the domains: https://www.namecheap.com/domains/marketplace/buy-domains/
