What's the biggest pain you've hit trying to ship an agent to production?

I’m working on the gap underneath those controls: proving a cancelled or superseded execution has actually lost authority to act downstream. Curious whether that boundary has bitten you yet.
This looks super clean — the “no unnecessary complexity” part really stands out. Enterprise AI agents usually get bogged down in infrastructure hell before they even ship. If DronaHQ truly handles the full lifecycle (build, deploy, govern) without needing a separate MLOps stack, that’s a game-changer for internal tooling teams. Interesting angle, but for enterprise AI agents the plumbing is often the buying criteria, not the part people want abstracted away. Might be worth leading with exactly what DronaHQ handles, auth, approvals, observability, rollback, and what the customer still owns. Teams usually move faster when the pitch is "fewer risky parts to build" instead of "no plumbing."
You're right 'no plumbing' can sound like 'black box' to an enterprise architect. Our goal isn't to hide those layers, but to provide them out-of-the-box so teams don't have to reinvent the RBAC/Audit log wheel for the 100th time.
