Show IH: Find your next niche using a dataset of 60k+ Gumroad products

This week I built Gumtrends (https://gumtrends.com), a dataset of 60k+ Gumroad products.

When looking for new niche ideas, a common advice is to look for products that are selling a lot and have a lot of 3 star reviews. That means:

• there's demand
• there's an opportunity to make something better

I was browsing through Gumroad but I couldn't find an easy way to get that information, so I created this dataset.

You can filter by revenue, number of reviews, sales, etc.

I also estimate sales: only ~10% of Gumroad sellers display sales numbers, but thanks to a formula I am able to estimate it for all products.
