Show IH: Get videos from your customers

Hi IH!

For the last year or so I've been working on a tool that lets businesses easily get videos from their customers.

I made it because I had such a hard time explaining my various home repair needs over the phone. I figured it was better to show the expert rather than try to explain it to them. Some details:

• No app to install
• Records live; no long upload times.
• You create a link where anyone can record a video from their cell phone.

My target market has been home service businesses, but right now I imagine there's lots of people having to find new ways to communicate with their customers.

That's why I wanted to launch it early, for free, and run it that way as long as I can manage the overhead.
