I built a free browser-based tool that converts any image into a cross-stitch chart.

The problem:

Most cross-stitch pattern makers are English-only, require signup, or lock features behind paywalls. I wanted something anyone could use instantly.

What it does:

- Upload any image → get a cross-stitch chart instantly

- Auto-calculates DMC thread color numbers and quantities

- Adjust stitch count, color limits, brightness, contrast

- Export as PDF or HTML

- Japanese and English UI

- No signup, completely free
