Show IH: I started on Indie Hackers. I found success with my SaaS, and now I'm building tools for others who are starting out.

Really Simple Support is what it says on the tin. affordable "all you can eat" pricing. no usage limits on anything. A beautiful customer support tool for makers and small teams.

I was curious about SongBox and what you're up to. So glad to see everything is going well!

Hi, i was a regular poster on Indiehackers years ago when it was just starting out. My Product, Songbox, documented its first sale here ($7) and then I discussed several incredible milestones on this platform. Several years later the business is doing great and I'm using some of my time to build products from the ground up again.

When thinking what I should build, my inspiration came from this question: "When Songbox was making no money, what did i really need but couldn't afford". So my first product for this new project I'm working on is "Really Simple Support".

The product is a super functional and super simple customer support platform for indie hackers, makers, soloprenuers and teams. basically everyone who wants simple, all-you-can-eat pricing, and a tool that looks good and does the job.

Am I going up against zendesk and intercom? no, obviously not. I am purposefully building to solve problems for makers who are just starting out.
