I wrote this analysis of wine as an "investable" asset. The idea is to compare wine to existing investment options (stocks, bonds, gold, etc.) and determine where it might fit in a modern portfolio.
Did you ever end up building the business case tool?
Just seeing this now as I don't spend as much time on here. I did build it, well I paid someone to build it. It never got to the point I wanted, but I still tried to sell it. I just could never find that first customer to keep things running. There was interest, but I couldn't close the gap.
