I am building Menso to test one core product flow with a synthetic target user.
You give Menso a persona and a task. The AI user operates the live product in a browser while Menso records the replay and its decisions. I then turn the evidence into a prioritized friction report with screenshots, scope limits, and concrete fixes.
For the latest case, I kept the persona and task fixed across eight included runs. The task was to create a product-launch project and add one task. One run exposed a circular empty-workspace setup path. Seven surfaced the same project-creation permission error. No run created a project.
The full case includes the cover, an animated replay, screenshots, and the report preview:

I am testing a simple August offer: $9.90 for one synthetic-user test of a core flow in your live product, delivered within 24 hours.
If you want me to test yours, send the product link and one task a new user should complete. I would also love feedback on what evidence you would need before acting on a report like this.
