Yeah, issue #3 is out, this time with a lot of help. You can learn that it is way more than sitting still, is accepted by science and see how others found their mindful ways.
Also, a big thank you to @robert for the great new logo. Thank you :-)
Keep the typos, they are free :-) Just kidding. Thanks for your feedback. Sometimes even Grammarly misses my typos and after a while, I am blind to them anyways. Maybe I'll hire a proofreader next time. Hope the content helps anyways.
Thanks, but I've been a meditator for a long, long time now. Even briefly became a monk. I mostly checked it out because I wanted to support you in supporting others to sit!
I came to it because I took a course on zen on a whim in college and I was really impressed by how calm the instructor was (he wasn’t just an academic, he was a practitioner).
As for motivation, I stuck with it because I suffered. Nowadays I suffer less :)
Looks good, though I see a few typos here and there. Special kudos for talking about ethics!

Thanks. Still fresh to it and far away from being a monk. Not sure I even wanna try. So far I am happy with a quieter mind.
How did you come to meditation and what has changed for you over such a long time? btw interested in sharing your story in an upcoming issue?

Happy to chat about it if you like!
