Hi everyone! Long time lurker and podcast listener.
In 2019, I'm going to work towards my goal of financial independence by building side projects that bring extra income. I've decided to blog the entire journey here as a form of accountability: https://www.buildasideincome.com

I have no experience in starting an internet business. In fact, I could fail in the first couple months and just quit. But I'm not going to let that stop me from trying.

These type of blogs get in the way of the work that is required to build a side income.
Focus on your product. Nobody is gaining anything, including you, from knowing you signed up for Mailchimp.
Third of your landing page is covered by "Stay in touch with updates" before I get to read anything or know anything about you! After reading the article I have no way to actually subscribe if I'd want to.
Thanks for the feedback -- I've made a slight tweak to show it halfway through the page instead of appearing a few seconds after first paint.
Why not become a stock trader?
I personally wouldn't have much fun day trading.
