    Why only paperback?

      Hardcovers aren't really economical for small volumes. Revenue per copy is basically cut by a factor of 5 or more between paperback and hardcover. The ebook isn't appearing on Amazon for some reason. I'm still investigating why.

      I totally agree. I updated the description yesterday, but it takes some time to roll out.
