Show IH: No-code MVP Using Webflow - IH Feedback Welcome

Hey Indie Hackers! 👋

I've been a long-term lurker on here learning a bunch from you all, so thank you! 🙏

Inspired by @bramk with his post on creating RoadToScale and subsequently selling it (for a nice watch!) I decided to create a resource and directory website for property investors in the UK - you can find it here 👉https://www.companymortgages.co.uk

I personally have an interest in property investing and have invested in a few so this project was supported by a confluence of factors:

  1. Enjoy the sector (UK Property) and have a vested interest

  2. Wanted to learn and play with Webflow

  3. Wanted to learn and play with Airtable

  4. Would like to create something helpful for a specific audience (UK Property investors)

I have been using Wordpress for years so when I started using Webflow I was blown away. So easy. So smooth, like unsalted butter. 🧈

The Stack includes:

  • Webflow - Front End
  • Airtable - Tables
  • Zapier - Connecting Webflow form to ESP
  • MailerLite - ESP

I have not yet started promoting the website yet as I have a few things to do, namely:

  1. Cleaning up the Airtable table info

  2. Completing 10 blog posts

Once I complete these, I will look to use Twitter, Reddit and other UK Property forums for traffic and users.

Please check out my page and let me know if you have any thoughts and feedback (don't hold back... But be nice please 😅)

Thanks!! 🙌

Looks really nice, I even like the business idea in itself. But would you prefer having a table backed webflow cms instead of airtable ?

      Thanks!

It's definitely a consideration as the Airtable is pretty limited in design (out of the box at least). This was a quick pull of data and throw into Airtable. Haven't played around with CMS tables. I think your suggestion is probably one for the roadmap to pick up once I gain a little more traction/traffic.

      Thanks for the suggestion though!

    wow, very cool!!
