Finally launched my first project ever! I’m really excited to post it here, now feeling as „real part“ of the community as well ;)!
Business idea is to help you understand what causes your aches, as well as the impact your environment (desk, chair, ...) has on your body and posture. After identifying the causes, next step is to make proper changes. Let's assume sitting is one cause of your aches: It’s not about high level reasons like „sitting to much is bad“, it’s about the exact consequences sitting has, what you have to change (sitting techniques, how does the optimal chair look like, …) and how to develop the awareness necessary to truly estimate the impact such things have on your body.
I’d appreciate feedback regarding the landing page. But I’d also appreciate feedback regarding the idea! If you have any questions, or you don’t understand what exactly I am offering, if you have any concerns, looking forward to all these kind of questions!

Tobias, are you a doctor?
Hi Zencentric,
no I am not a doctor, nor do I have a professional background in a medical related job. I would assume you have something like „is he qualified to make a diagnose or give me proper instructions?“ in mind. If that should be the case please let me clarify: My intention is not to diagnose you, nor to act as some kind of remote doctor. Instead, I want to figure out if you suffer from aches that are posture related, or ergonomics related. Let me give you an example:
There are many flawed or misleading „guidelines“out there and it literally took me months to develop the necessary awareness and knowledge to evaluate these guidelines. Following guideline XYZ, what impact does it have on my body? It may solve one thing, but will it cause some other ache, or is it a sustainable solution? Think about sitting in an office.
If you want to, just google „sitting angle“ and look at the recommendations (not talking about specific chairs most people don’t have). It may be true that this angle is indeed way better for your body and may help you with some issues, but just look at the neck. You could try to stand up keeping your head in the same position, walk around a little bit and realize immediately that this can’t be sustainable. You may have solved an issue, but you created another one.
Now what I want to do is to help you realize how each of these things impact your body, without you having to google an eternity, compare different recommendations, think about if it would create another issue and so on.
Back to you question, this is exactly why I want to do it in person, not just create some content and sell it. I want to be sure that 1) You don’t suffer from some medical conditions such as herniated discs, I would kindly decline you request as I am not qualified to help you and 2) Making sure that your expactations and the way we work together will benefit you, not just give you a „manual“ and hope you figure it out on your own. Based on my personal experience I know that it is very hard to start with this, thus I want to help you with the start.
If you should have another concern, or my answer missed the point, feel free to keep digging, Except that, I would like to offer you some Skype call, giving you some more details (without trying to convert you, promise!). My goal is to learn more about your concerns and how to adress them properly.
Thanks! Your feedback has been a tremendous help for me. Just wanted to let you know that your justifiable skepticism is very beneficial! It made me realize I am not able to formulate my idea properly.
But to answer your question why I am so sure, l am not. I can’t be. Regarding your example (great one btw, if you don’t mind I’ll use this in the future):
You go to your chiropractor because he can fix your issues. He has the education to do so, I don’t.
But why do you have to go to your chiropractor? My idea/service is to help you figure this out. I see repetitive patterns every day, especially in the office, which make some issues/aches inevitable. Feedback from family and friends definitely tells me that there are lots of misconceptions and that I helped them a lot.
Basically your chiropractor won’t deconstruct your whole environment and try to figure out why you have to visit him overall. That’s what I offer.
If you want to provide further feedback I’d appreciate it a lot! :)
