Hi all!
I've been working on what I now call Arbeitr, a tool that provides personalized job recommendations based on what you care about most.
I'd love to get feedback on the landing page and idea, whether it's positive or you think it's terrible idea:)

Nice that you asked for a direct roast — easiest win first: tighten above-the-fold to one ICP, one painful before-state, and one measurable outcome, then place one proof element (result screenshot/testimonial) immediately before CTA. Most pages leak conversions by explaining features before proving outcome.

Looks good but the animation is too slow

Yes! The delayed animation of heroes could be made a lot quicker. Animation should be a way of directing where a user should look at a given point in time. The immediate feedback that I saw was "Request early access" and I'm not too sure where should I focus next.

I think the idea is really interesting and the website design is really appropriate for what your product is! Maybe one small thing is to think about the responsiveness of the page? With a normal full-screen width the website looks great, but anything smaller (like a phone screen or split screen on a laptop) and anything too large (like a wider desktop monitor), the font sizing and formatting gets a little jumbled up. Apart from that, great job!

Looks great, very professional. One small nitpick perhaps consider speeding up the fade in's slightly, on my (admittedly old & dodgy) laptop they take awhile.
This is anecdotal, but from speaking to friends looking for work now and remembering my own worries too - theres a paranoia that "these types of good jobs don't exist anymore" and you will be forced to settle for something that doesn't match your goals.
Most people struggle to maintain a very positive frame of mind during this time, so these type of defeatist thoughts creep through, regardless of logic.
I wonder would it be worth re-enforcing in the content that there are jobs like this waiting for you, make the effort to sign up and find them. Perhaps just in passing with a stat, or a quote in the testimonials.

I speeded up the fade ins. Was a point Edwinw also made and I think you guys are correct, feels better now.
And I totally feel this paranoia too, that it is impossible to find a really great job and you're almost forced to settle with something you just only kinda like. Think adding some content as you suggested may be helpful, thanks for the good suggestion.
I also vehemently agree with the fade time (I'm personally very annoyed by content that isn't there when I scroll). Maybe even A/B test without it to see if signups perform better.

You could use some more illustrations. That would make it more engaging. People usually look at the graphics first and then reads the content. See if you can use relevant visuals to top your content.
