Hey Indie Hackers,
Building solo in Bangalore, India – my current project is AntForms.com, a truly free-forever AI-powered form builder (unlimited responses, conditional logic, AI assist, 500+ templates, analytics, 1000+ integrations – no paywalls or credit card BS).
Timeline so far:
January 2026: Idea sparked from my own side-project frustrations (capped responses, data mess, expensive tools killing momentum).
February 2026: Built and launched solo.
Early March milestone (organic traction, no paid ads):
12K+ unique visitors
250K+ requests processed
Ranked #1 on FAZIER, Just Hunt, Launchpad India + other launch/review platforms
What actually moved the needle:
India accelerators/directories (Just Hunt, Launchpad) gave early cred and visibility without spending.
Unlimited + free model converted lurkers to users quickly (no friction gate).
Focused on real pains for indie makers/bootstrappers who hate bloated form tools.
Challenges I'm facing now:
Scaling support and features solo without burnout.
Deciding next priorities (more AI depth? Enterprise tweaks?) while keeping core free.
No revenue push yet – pure validation/growth phase.
Sharing this transparently because the IH community has been huge inspiration for building in public. Grateful for any eyes on it.
Curious from fellow indie hackers:
What was your biggest surprise in the first 30-60 days post-launch?
How do you balance free-tier growth with long-term sustainability?
India-specific: Beyond Launchpad/Just Hunt, what's worked for early traction?
Any form/data collection pains you've solved (or still fighting) that could improve this?
Open to honest feedback, roasts, advice, or just vibes. If it solves a pain or sparks ideas: antforms.com (free tier, no pressure).
Thanks for the space to share the ride – let's keep bootstrapping! 🚀
