Hey IH,
I've been shipping products for about a year, Fusionaly, LogNorth, Pomotto. Not selling much yet, but every support email I get, I answer myself.
The setup was always: open Gmail, switch to Stripe or Polar, find the customer, see what they bought, switch back, reply. Five minutes for a two-line answer.
Existing tools were all built and priced for teams. So I made one for solo founders.
What it does:
Who it's for:
Founders selling on Stripe or Polar. 1 to 5,000 customers. You handle support yourself.
Pricing:
Free during beta. $19/mo locked forever for early users.

What I need:
10 founders to try it. $9.99/mo locked forever, half off for life, because you're helping me find what's broken.
Thanks in the advance!
Strong utility. Weak company name.
SuppyHQ sounds like an internal ops tool.
What you’re actually selling is founder-side support infrastructure.
That gap matters because this category is trust-sensitive.
The second support touches billing, refunds, subscriptions, and payment history, the product stops being “support inbox” software and starts being revenue-protection infrastructure.
That’s a much bigger positioning layer than the current name carries.
SuppyHQ works as a placeholder.
It’s probably not the name you want carrying trust once this moves beyond early adopters.
Lyriso.com would position this a lot cleaner if you want it to feel more credible, durable, and customer-facing.
Thanks for the feedback, will definitely consider it.
Fair.
Worth pressure-testing sooner than later though.
Once support touches billing and retention, people stop evaluating it like a helpdesk tool and start evaluating it like trust infrastructure.
That’s usually where placeholder names get expensive fast.
