Hey guys-
I just rebooted an old project that is meant to be a simple, elegant solution to internal employee peer reviews. Needs a nice new home page. Would love your opinions about usefulness etc. The pricing page is just a test page, so feel free to ignore.
Check it out here:
Thanks heaps!
You have some minor spelling issues: https://app.pagewatch.dev/757e5e389a401a0fa40ea10617465da75a7ed310/dashboard
Is this for anonymous feedback? Feels a bit weird to me to rank my co-workers, I think you should make it clear how this is meant to be used.
Thanks for the note. Will fix spelling today. Re: anonymized feedback, yes it is anonymous. Eventually managers will be able to see anonymized feedback from there reports as well (as long as their reports > 5).
Hey @decryptdave, very cool idea.
I think you're actually under-selling your product on your website. The hero section of your website focuses on how simple it is to use. But is simplicity really your value proposition? Before your product existed, weren't employee reviews already pretty simple? HR people just sent out a form and asked employees to share feedback about each other. That sounds simple.
I think the real value proposition of your product is buried below. Consider language such as this in your title or subtitle:
"Tallied.io helps you identify top-performing employees who are at risk of leaving your company so that you can engage them and retain them."
"We tell you who your top performers are by analyzing employee feedback so that you can promote high performers."
"We identify employees who are making their peers uncomfortable so that you can prevent dysfunctional team environments."
Some key language change is to focus on the outcomes that your customers can achieve rather than the feature that you provide. Use language like "so that you can..." to identify what outcomes your customers will achieve.

Good luck with Tallied.io.
Thanks!
You're welcome.
it's a cool idea, but...have you had people using it? what did they say about the fact that you're rating colleagues :P ?
It's very common in enterprise companies to do "360 reviews", this is a just a more simple modality.
gotcha, i never had the chance to do a 360 review! Looking forward to do one in the near future!!
