Just launched The Eureka Database on Product Hunt today and hit #9. It mines Reddit complaints that keep repeating and turns them into researched startup ideas with demand receipts and working demos. https://theeurekadatabase.com

Congrats on the #9 launch — nice number for launch day. The "demand receipts" angle is the part that stands out to me, since most idea-validation tools stop at "here's a pain point people mentioned" and leave you to guess whether it's actually big enough to build around. Pairing that with a working demo instead of just a written idea also removes a lot of the "cool, but is this real" skepticism people usually have about AI-generated startup ideas.

Curious how you're filtering signal from noise on Reddit though — complaints repeat for all kinds of reasons, some just because a subreddit's culture likes to vent. How are you telling a genuinely underserved pain point apart from people just enjoying the complaint itself?

“Reddit complaint → company” is the right starting point — the hard part is finding the repeat complaints daily without drowning in noise.

Are you building a tool for that, or using this as a validation workflow yourself?

I built a scored discovery digest for founders hunting those threads (discovery only). If you’re living that pain weekly, happy to compare notes / show a sample.

Repeated complaint doesn't equal willingness to pay though, people whine loudest about stuff they'd never spend a dollar on. Do you check whether anyone in the thread is already paying for a workaround?
