Show IH: VaDesk — A simple workspace for virtual assistants and freelancers

Hi everyone,

I started working on VaDesk after noticing how many virtual assistants and freelancers struggle with managing their daily work across multiple tools.

Clients are often tracked in one place, tasks in another tool, time tracking somewhere else, and invoices in yet another app. This makes simple workflows unnecessarily complicated.

The idea behind VaDesk is to provide a lightweight workspace where freelancers can manage clients, tasks, time tracking, and invoices in one place without switching between multiple applications.

Another important motivation is privacy. VaDesk runs entirely in the browser and stores data locally on the user’s device, so users remain in full control of their information.

I’m sharing it here to get feedback from the community. If you have a few minutes, I’d really appreciate your thoughts on how this can be improved.
