Last year we started using AI to draft tweets, investor updates, emails. The output was always fine but never sounded like us. Every draft read like a polite stranger had memorized our talking points.
So we tried something different, Noren is the product of that experiment.
That arc makes sense. Hand-writing the guide first is probably why the automation has a shot at producing anything consistent, most teams skip that step and end up automating vagueness. Curious where it still breaks, usually edge cases and edits from multiple people are where these systems start drifting.
