Hey there, first time posting so hello! :)
I'm doing research on how to make renting more pleasent for customers, one of the reasons is that I currently really dislike how it is done in my local market (Poland), and how anti-customer friendly the UX of solutions is.
One of the examples that I dislike:
- You can see price in the top right corner as 1800 zł, that price is used in listings as well
- But there is additional price which is added on top of that "Czynsz - dodatkowo" which is additional 400 zł
- Overall it is 2200 zł, but I cannot know it before clicking the offer, and also when looking through listings some offers use that additional price and some don't, comparison is non-existent, 2000 zł flat can be cheaper than 1800 zł flat when going through the listing
- Otodom is the biggest entity in online flat renting / selling in Poland :)
I'd like to learn more from foreign markets, one of the sites that I really liked was domain.com.au, especially its "Insight" section:
For anyone that would like to know about Polish renting market (like someone doing it for other markets :) ), there are:
