Side Projects deserve permanence in our schedules

Side projects always fall into the "should do" bucket as much as we want them to be in the "have to do" bucket. Working on anything is easier when there's no other option. Here's to creating permanence.
Agree to that, but sometimes you just get so hooked up to a project that "should do" becomes "have to do"

Having tons of small bets increases the likelihood of none of them working because your focus is split. To tie it back to what you're saying, it's that by having too many sideprojects to work on, you'll neglect many of them.
Its less about having great ideas and more about having the willingness to follow through on an idea.
