I built an AI tool comparator for e-commerce in 7 languages — here's what I learned
I spent 15 years in retail and e-commerce before building SiftedTools, an independent comparator of AI tools for Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
The problem: every "best AI tools" list is either a disguised ad or a list of 40 tools with no verdict. As a store operator, I needed someone to say "use this one, here's why."
So I built it myself. 145 pages, 7 languages (FR/EN/ES/DE/IT/PT/NL), 10 categories (customer service, product descriptions, email, photos, ad creatives, SEO, UGC videos, reviews, AI visibility).
What makes it different:
- Every tool tested on real stores, not from a product page
- Some of our top picks don't even have affiliate programs (we recommend Judge.me over our own affiliate because it's genuinely better for most stores)
- Native content per market, not translations
Monetization: affiliate commissions on tools we genuinely recommend. No sponsored rankings.
