Sign ups but 0 in-app payments

Hi all, I've launched Holler Date, a voice dating app that only shows a person's photo when someone is willing to use their match points to reveal it.

I provide a free sign up bonus of 8 match points, with a daily top up of 4 match points per day. Most of my users are based in Philippines. So far the traction has been good, with quality voice intros and photos. I see a lot of people using their match points, but no one is willing to pay to purchase additional match points.

It cost a user 1 match point to reveal a photo, and another 2 match points to send a match request.

I'm charging the following rates:

1. 10 match points for 1 USD
2. 25 match points for 2 USD
3. 60 match points for 4 USD

I think these are quite affordable rates, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

Appreciate if there's a better revenue model that I can pivot to!
