Signing international agreement

Hi, I own a small SaaS that brings ~$1500/month. I've been approached by a company from India that wants to resell a white-labeled version of the product under their brand. We agreed on terms and need to sign a contract now.

Can you recommend someone to review the contract for me? I am based in Poland.
