Simple Business Intelligence?

Hey guys - long time lurker, first time poster. Are there any lightweight business intelligence (BI) tools that allow me to build dashboards, filtering/querying , email reports but the source is CSV files, Airtable or Google sheets? This would also be used for ad-hoc analysis and files received by third-parties. I do lots of this stuff in Excel but it's just oh so painful and the charting/dashboard functionality isn't just there. And lots of CSV files have thousands of rows, which Excel doesn't handle very well. Most of the BI tools out there (Chartio, Mode, Periscope, etc.) rely on database connections.

My ideal solution would be to link Google Sheets/Airtable, or upload a CSV file, "map" the data to columns and run analytics off of that.
