The idea is to fine tune a model to be more specific a few use cases , but all the heavy lifting should be done by the GPT4 API when available.

Yes I would have the idea how to build this project but I do not have the time because of the current project, and since the release of GPT4 I think now is the time for that domain name one way or another. if you are interested we could make something work like a lease to own where you pay a smaller amount every month till is yours.
