Siri, Alexa or Google Home are nowhere near disrupting the markets, yet they seem to be taking all the limelight away from Chatbots which are actually turning waves in the business world. What could the future really look like? What does your business need the most right now - voice automation or chatbots? Here's my take on where the real value is and where you should invest.
