Site builder for social network?

I'm looking to build an MVP website where users can upload/engage content & follow specific users. Are there any good website builders for this?

I'm open to building without a website builder, but my technical skills are limited so am worried it would be too complex for an MVP.

Side note: does anyone know if Indie Hackers is custom build?
