Site dedicated to help starting/studying programmers get to know everything about the job

Hi everyone, I was thinking about all the sites, frameworks, tools, tips, UI kits, resources and everything else we get to know by searching and reading and learning every day, and how many fellow devs and specially starting ones have no idea about, and how important a "hub" that pulls them all together could be.

My idea is starting with some categories like frameworks, languages and tools, and slowly linking them with courses, services and job offers.

Target users would be any programmer trying to up their game, but primarily would be those just finishing their studies and wanting to join the workforce.

Thoughts on the idea and specially on how to implement it? (I think a blog would fall short on the task, more like a repository of sorts).
