Skilled Developer looking for Designer -- Apex

Hi folks,

Looking for a designer in exchange for software development work. Myself, 38 year old Canadian, 19 years experience, highly skilled. Here, this is easier, intro of myself at:

Aside from PHP, also proficient with Python, Perl, Qt / C++, excellent at server administration, cloud computing, virtualization, bitcoin / blockchain protocol, and a bunch of other stuff. Basically, can develop anything in your imagination.

Life decided to make me blind a few years ago though, hence why the site is ugly as sin. I need that claned up to look professional, clean and attractive. Pretty simple stuff, just use that theme already in place, we can grab a new one off ThemeForest, or I have these integrated as well:
