Flow:

• Setup: Tell Slackbot about the subscription details. (name, cost, monthly/yearly/Lifetime/trial/something else)
• Alerts: Before the next billing cycle, Slackbot will message in the subscribed channel about the expense OR if it is on the trial period, it will message that part in the channel.
• Reports: Also, it will give you simple reporting on expected expenses (for team and personal seperately) for next month, Current month expense, and distribution.
