Slack/Discord alternative specifically for makers to run a user community

Hi everyone!

I'm Tae from Supercrew. We're testing our chat app idea - a specialized chat app for software makers to run a user community for product development.

I've seen many indie hackers and startup founders run a user community to collect user feedback - from bug report and feature request to insights on user's problems. My chat app would be specialized to help users tag their conversations according to their topics. As a result, community admin can have a forum-like list of conversations.

Basically, the chat app can replace both of a Slack/Discord AND a forum.

I'd love to hear your opinion on this idea and if you have experience on running a user community, I'd like to have a short call to learn your experience (I'll pay you $50).
