Sleep Improvement App

Do you struggle with sleep? Don't feel like you get a good nights rest? Does it take you a while to sleep, and do you end up tossing and turning? This "app" would change that. I'm trying to validate the need for an app to help people who struggle sleeping to get better sleep.

I created a form with 6 questions on it and got a lot of feedback from reddit.
Thoughts on the app? Concerns? How could I move forward if there's a need?

(Here's the form: https://forms.gle/GFF7qY4X8nTHVytC9) I'd love it you took 1 minute and filled it out :) Thanks!

So you guys that have tried it, how’s the app? I hope it’s recommend. And most importantly, will it work on iOS? I haven’t clicked the link yet so I don’t know how it is atm.

weighted blankets are a good upsell to a website.. elevated pillow helps to put less pressure on your heart if they have blood circulation issues.. quick question where did you post on reddit? I need to post something and I dont know the best place.

There's a few good reddit pages you should checkout! Subreddits like Side Hustle, Entrepreneurship, Side Project. There's also a reddit group called Sample Size, where you can post surveys, and people will fill them out! So I've been posting a few surveys on there.

If you're looking for a niche market too, it helps to get onto reddit and see if there's a community talking about it already. I'm betting there is.

space is wayyyyyy too overhyped and people jumping on this like restaurants jumping on paper straws, don't you think?

Maybe I'm just unaware. Are a lot of people jumping into sleep?

Uh if Casper, 8 hours, etc are any signaling... yes? Everyone on tech twitter boasting about how long they sleep and how deep it is.

Casper the pillow and mattress company? I haven't heard of 8 Hours. That's great that people are recognizing sleep as an issue.. it's big, and it's a huge addressable market.

I've previously looked at https://www.sleepio.com, is that similar? I've also being playing with replika.ai.

In looking at Sleepio and doing some research it seems like the ability to "turn off" is a big challenge. I've been thinking about an app or form that guides users through "what did you accomplish today", "what went well", "what do you need to remember for tomorrow", etc.

It might also be valuable to track and measure things like if a user uses ear plugs, does sleep improve. Or, if a user takes melatonin before bed, does sleep improve.

    Hope that helps,

Yeah that helps a ton! Thanks for sharing Sleepio.
