Quick update. Someone recently asked me a good question: how will I know when Linéa is reliable enough to trust with real orders?
I don’t have a full answer yet, but I made progress on part of it today — added two automatic safety checks. If the voice agent doesn’t respond to a call, it now falls back to a backup number automatically. And there’s a check that compares confirmed orders against actual kitchen tickets printed, so if something silently fails, I get alerted immediately instead of finding out from an unhappy customer.
Still no signed client, still nothing “proven” in the sense of real-world volume. But this is the kind of thing I’d rather build now, before I have paying customers, than scramble to add after something breaks.
