I used to have a problem with focus and procrastination doing different projects but made 4 small changes that really worked for me.
a) Write a physical to-do list of 3-5 priorities that need to be done today. There are many different takes on this for inspiration.

b) Use OneTab -> Close all tabs in the evening so I start with a clean browser in the morning.

c) Use Pomodoro 🍅 to focus better and finish every small task.
d) Separated my projects into different users/browsers so all searches, history, etc are separated. This may not suit everyone but it helped me stop jumping between projects.
Extra. Recently installed the Grammarly plugin and it helped me correct 5 spelling mistakes here so hope it's understandable 👋
How do you focus?
The physically todo list worked great for me, too. Because for me it feels much better to strike something out you have done than to click on a digital todo list.
However I tried out pomodoro several times but it never worked out for me. When using pomodoro for tasks that I did not enjoyed it just ended in extending my brakes like I would also do otherwise. I found it hard to have a break after x minute and then get back to the task I don't enjoy.
