Another day, another small win. Set up template and keeping them manually updated for my friend, until the backend is ready to automate my MVP. But, not waiting for coding and following this process helps me understand a few real pain points, which is what I will automate first.

A vanity metric, doesn't mean much yet, but cool to visualize. Right now my tiny spreadsheet system (no-code yet), tracks $650K worth of assets across stock & crypto without writing a single line of code.

Learned it's painful to set up these templates manually, need to automate them soon, won't scale this way to more than 10 people :-). First response was positive, discounting that he is a friend.. I like to believe it was a balanced, candid response...
