Smart City Mobile App - Paris, France

Hi guys,
I'm working on an innovative solution to help drivers find available on-street parking spot (not off-street). I managed to get an advanced Proof Of Concept on native iOS which is working just fine. Because of many features and algorithms used by the app in foreground or background this project is not possible in React Native or Flutter unfortunately (I also have a very quick prototype on Flutter that failed). I would be willing to give a second try on React native but the two main issues are the following:

Features and Algorithms not reliable on Hybrid tech (more details privately)
Map API/SDK not available on Hybrid for now (not talking about Google Map which is not sustainable because of its price)

I'm looking to partner up with motivated and ambitious developers that are really driven by the passion of innovation. The current stack is:

Native iOS (Swift)
Backend in PHP/Laravel MySQL : Willing to change to Node.js if possible of course
Android (to be started so either Kotlin or Java)

If you are based in France that would be a plus but I'm open to discuss as long as you are determined to succeed on this journey :)
