SmartSpendr is now live everywhere (and I finally recorded a proper walkthrough)

Been heads-down building SmartSpendr solo for a while, and a few weeks ago it all came together: live on the App Store, live on Google Play, and launched on Product Hunt.

Quick recap for anyone new here — SmartSpendr is an AI-powered expense tracker, but the part I actually care about is the AI Budget Coach. Most expense trackers show you where your money went. I wanted something that tells you what to fix. You ask it a question in plain English, it reads your actual spending, and it gives you a real answer instead of a chart you have to interpret yourself.

One decision I keep coming back to: I deliberately scoped the AI Coach to budgeting and spending patterns only. It's not trying to be your financial advisor — for anything bigger (investments, taxes, major decisions), it nudges you toward an actual human. Felt important not to let an LLM overstep what it's actually good at, even though "AI does everything" is the tempting pitch.
