A carrier-grade SMS gateway software engineered for enterprises, SMS aggregators, SMS resellers and CPaaS providers to manage A2P SMS, OTT traffic, and global routing at scale. Built for reliability, security, and real-time message delivery across multi-protocol connections.
Building a carrier-grade SMS gateway is a massive engineering challenge. Handling high-throughput, multi-protocol routing (like SMPP and HTTP) at scale while maintaining real-time delivery and low latency is incredibly tough.
I'm really curious about your tech stack for managing this level of concurrency. Do you use Go, Erlang, or something else for the routing engine? Also, how do you handle automatic failovers when a primary carrier link drops?
This looks like a solid enterprise product. Congrats on the launch and great job on the engineering!
Building for high-volume messaging infrastructure is a very different challenge from building another messaging app.
I'm curious which capability enterprise customers consistently bring up first in conversations. That usually says a lot about where the product creates its strongest value.
In our experience, delivery assurance, intelligent routing, and scalability are the capabilities enterprise customers value most.
That makes sense.
The interesting signal will probably be which of those capabilities becomes the reason customers choose TeleOSS initially versus the reason they stay long term.
Those are often different, especially in infrastructure products.
