Sneakily survey people before they leave your site to increase conversion rates

I hated not knowing why people left my landing page after browsing for a few seconds.

So I developed a simple way to ask people who are about to bounce if they find the site trustworthy, well-designed, clear, etc. The prompt shows up when the user is about to navigate away and automatically matches their browser's design to look native. The prompt is quick and non-intrusive so user experience is not harmed.

I can then see the stats in a simple dashboard and iterate the landing page until the stats are satisfactory. Demo of the prompt:

A few friends have asked me about it already and I wonder if anyone here would be interested in this solution as well.
