Snug hits 20M check-ins

Snug has officially passed 20 million check-ins! That’s 20 million days of protection for people who live alone, and peace of mind for those who want to know their loved ones (and their furry companions) would be cared for in an emergency.

This  journey didn’t begin with a big launch or marketing campaign. It began with one woman, Jan, who came to our team with a simple idea:

Could you make something that would help me even if I didn’t press a button?

We built Snug for Jan, and she shared it with her community. Then they shared it – with their friends, their parents, their neighbors… people who value independence, but also want to make sure someone would notice if something went wrong. Over time, this simple idea became a powerful community of people quietly looking out for each other.
