So I made my idea public! Keep track of your guitar pedal settings using AI.

A couple of days ago I posted this.

The IH community was really helpful. Gave me advice and made me feel better about revealing my idea.

I just made a tweet showing the core feature of my app. I'll reveal more features tomorrow but in the meantime, I want to know what people think about the core feature.

So what is the app about?

It's an app to keep track of guitar pedal settings using AI. So you take a picture of your guitar pedal, and the AI finds each knob, calculates its value, and assigns its correct label.

You can watch the video of the app here.

Are you a guitarist that has several guitar pedals and want to remember how you set them to get a sound in particular? This app may be useful to you.

Do you see yourself using it? What other features would you like the app to have?

I'm revealing more features tomorrow on my Twitter

Thanks all for the support and thanks for reading!

Thanks for starting this thread! It’s really helpful! Unfortunately, I can’t find your previous posts for some reason. I broke my pedal when I tried to play new songs. I found a country guitar tab (https://www.chordmelodyguitarmusic.com/country-bluegrass-guitar-tab-tablature-books-DVDs.htm) and tried to play that music. But probably I’m too unexperienced play to play country songs. Never thought that they can be that complicated. Anyway, after a couple of attempts to play country songs, I broke my pedal. Now, I’m trying to fix it and look for other info on fixing and setting the pedal.
