Social cause campaigns - Cash for a trash

I have an idea of having a platform to run a campaign for social cause. Example I would create a campaign and set a goal like feed a stray dog. When someone share photo of feeding a stray dog, moderators may approve it and the money will be sent to him/her. Also, anyone can join and add their share. It is like joining hands for a social cause. Like crowd funding people can donate for a cause. More features like number of approvals, etc. can be added.

Let me know your thoughts. Fund sharing is the biggest hurdle but using crypto will eliminate that as well.
