Social media automation for less common platforms
Hi everybody! I'm looking for a no-code tool like Hootsuite where I can manage all my social media-- but it looks like Hootsuite and its main competitors only support the main platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc). Can you recommend any products that would let me automatically repost to secondary platforms like Imgur, Giphy, Dailymotion, etc?
I would be interested in hearing what specific networks you would be interested in having and the use-case. I've built a social posting/scheduling platform and have a few "secondary" networks like Telegram and Reddit because users have requested it, so always looking for new one that would be embraced.
Some been exploring are Medium, Google My Business (user request so in development), and Discord.
Welcome to check out my platform Ayrshare. While it does have a dashboard like Buffer/Hootsuite to post from, it is an API-first service, so not meant for no-coding.
Quick update - we actually added a no-code plugin for Bubble.io. So from Bubble can use the API to post to social media.
Thanks gbourne. I'm a visual artist + animator, so I would love a service that would automatically repost my images/gifs/videos to the entire ecosystem of image sharing sites-- basically just get them out into the world.
My wish list of networks would be Giphy, Imgur, DeviantArt, Behance, Tumblr, and Pinterest; and then for video I'm thinking Youtube, Twitter, FBWatch, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Newgrounds, and maybe Spotify if they start doing more video stuff.
I wouldn't rule out using a code-based service if it offered a substantially broader array of networks than Hootsuite and no-code alternatives. My guess is that targeting the super-niche platforms means buckling up and finally just doing those Python/Selenium tutorials I've been putting off for a while.
Are you the only one facing this issue or do you know others who are in the same boat? And let's say that there was a solution like this, how much would you pay for it a month?
That is fantastic info. Thank you. I've also found that user want integration to platforms, like Canva as a publishing source and not a destination as you're looking for.
I'll take a look at your great list. Some we've explored and can certainly add, such as Tumblr.
+1. If this doesn't exist, an indie hacker should definitely build it. Would definitely be willing to shell out maybe 10-20 a month for it
I guess IFTTT should be able to automate desired actions. In case you don't find any solution.
You would be able to do that with Automatio.co, tool I am building for a while. You can build bot for any website and automate content distribution process.
